About the role:

To build excellent relationships with people and managers across the business to provide consistent, robust and resources and communication internally and externally, that are in line with legislation, internal policies, and organisational approach.

Your duties and Responsibilities will include;

• Identify and select which candidates are most suitable for the internal and external vacancies.
• Pre-screen & interview candidates via telephone, in a timely and effective manner. Also booking in interviews.
• Liaise with external providers over vacancies and candidates, keeping them updated on progress on a regular basis.
• Provide an overview of all vacancies and candidates to the Ops director and the marketing team
• Any other task as reasonably requested by your line manager

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong administrative skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, team player and work effectively under pressure.
• Maintain professionalism and always handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to network effectively with both colleagues and managers
• Strong Administration skills – including Microsoft Office, excel, word and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage a varies programme of work, manage expectations and conflicting priorities
• A high level of commercial awareness and a desire to deliver tangible results in a cost-effective manner
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to positively challenge,
• Complete mandatory and desirable training relevant to your role, as well as being prepared to undertake CPD Continuous Professional Development as appropriate
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
